Daily Tastings
Come, visit us at one of our two stores for a tasting experience! Once inside, you will be surrounded by stainless steel containers, called fustis, which house our 64 varieties and flavors of oils and balsamic vinegar. These Italian-made fustis protect our products from light, keeping them fresh and delicious.
You will be given a Tasting Guide which lists our varieties and flavors, gives suggested uses for each and suggested pairings. We demonstrate how to taste, either by sipping or by dipping bread and then the fun begins! Taste an oil, taste a vinegar, custom mix an oil and vinegar together . . . the possibilities are endless! We love watching the “Wow!” expressions on the faces of our first-time tasters as they realize how delicious and enjoyable our oils and vinegar are!
