Shipping Policy

Your order will usually ship from our store no later than the 1-3 business days after the time your order is placed on our website -- except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If your order does not ship within the time frame please feel free to contact us at 770-253-3008.

**Orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.**

Domestic Orders:

FedEx Ground can take up to 7 business days to arrive after ship date. USPS Priority can take up to 3 business days to arrive. There is no tracking available for Priority deliveries.

Important Notice for FedEx Ground

FedEx does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes. You must choose United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail if you want your order delivered to a P.O. Box. Please use a physical address when using FedEx as your shipping method. Orders returned to us due to non-shippable address will accrue extra shipping fees; to avoid this please check your shipping address before finishing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
