A Traditional Condimento of Modena, Italy, our dark balsamic is made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. The grape must is cooked over an open wood fire to a caramel stage and then progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. The process produces a complex, rich balsamic that dances in your mouth. Our vinegar is all-natural, fat-free and has no sugar added. Use in vinaigrettes, marinades, as a finishing sauce or drizzled over fruit or dessert.
