Holiday Mimosa's

The holidays are here. Many of us use cranberries, pomegranate, cinnamon, apples, oranges or other citrus fruit in our recipes. We’d like to share with you some festive mimosas you can serve up during this season. Please be responsible and use moderation when enjoying alcoholic beverages.


Apple Cider Mimosas 1 cup of B&V Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar

1 bottle of Martini and Rossi

Apple slices (for garnish)

Pour each champagne glass 1/2 to 3/4ths full with B&V Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar.

Top with champagne.

Garnish: Apple slices


Cranberry Mimosa

1 cup B&V Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

1 bottle of Martini and Rossi

16 cranberries

1 bundle of rosemary

In champagne flutes, fill with 1/4 cup B&V Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar. Top off with champagne and cranberries.

Garnish: Rosemary and Cinnamon Sticks


Pomegranate Mimosa

1 cup B&V Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic

1 bottle of Martini and Rossi

In champagne flutes, fill with 1/4 cup B&V Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic. Top off with champagne.

Garnish: Rosemary and Pomegranate Seeds.


Arnold Palmer Mimosa

2 cups of B&V Lemon White Balsamic

2 cups of sweetened iced tea

1 bottle of Martini and Rossi

Using six champagne flutes, divide Lemon White Balsamic and tea evenly. Top off with champagne.

Garnish: Lemon Wedge
