Once you start to add this into your diet you will begin to see a drastic change in your mood, cooking and overall health. So don't be afraid to add a touch of vinegar. Here are 7 Non Traditional Uses of Balsamic Vinegar !!

  1. Add 1 Tbl. To post workout water to reduce lactic acid

  2. To help with calcium build-up in joints, mix 1 Tbl. Balsamic With honey and consume before bedtime

  3. For indigestion, mix 1 Tbl. Balsamic with warm water and consume
